The COPEX companies reject any and all general conditions of our contractual counterparts, unless the applicability of such general conditions is explicitly agreed upon.
Freight forwarding

Copex Maritime (trade name of Rhenus Air & Ocean B.V.)
Copex Road (trade name of Rhenus Road B.V.), formerly Internationaal Expeditiebedrijf Copex B.V.
The activities of these COPEX companies are freight forwarding activities. They may include customs handling if agreed. The "Nederlandse Expeditievoorwaarden van Fenex" (Dutch Forwarding Conditions of FENEX) apply to all activities and legal relationships of these companies, unless expressly agreed otherwise. These general conditions serve as a benchmark for all contracts in the forwarding industry.

The above mentioned sets of conditions limit the liability of the service provider. It is highly recommended that the principal arranges its own insurance or specifically requests the logistics services provider to take care of the storage of the goods insurance and / or the transport of the goods
insurance, if possible.
