As of 1 July 2007, Rhenus AG & Co KG acquired the Dutch logistics TMI group. In order to further strengthen the position of the new group in the Netherlands, it has been decided that the Dutch companies bearing the name ‘TMI’, start operating under the international Rhenus Logistics brand as of 1 January 2008.

TMI Holding, TMI Integrated Logistics, TMI Logistics Accounting and TMI ICT Services will respectively change their names into Rhenus, Rhenus Contract Logistics, Rhenus Accounting and Rhenus ICT Services.
The current organization in the Netherlands will remain unchanged and the other working companies, among which Road Air, Copex, KDS Cargo, Skylink Handling Services and Speed, will continue to operate under their own brand name. The combination of our strengths on a European level will result in innovative logistics solutions in the field of airfreight, ocean freight, road transportation, contract logistics, chartering, brokerage and airfreight handling.
